CANADIAN "FORRER" PUBLISHED  

  Ronald Greene has announced the publication of "R.C. Willey's 
  Dictionary of Canadian Numismatics" by the Canadian Numismatic  
  Research Society.    Based on a format similar to Forrer's it is  
  an attempt to list any person or firm that has designed, engraved  
  or struck tokens, medals or coins relating to Canada. There are
